Tim Ward is a University of Tennessee graduate and proudly served in the United States Army before earning his Juris Doctor, eventually becoming Tulare County's District Attorney. He expanded the efforts of the Digital Forensic Evidence Unit to better serve local law enforcement and serves on the College of Sequoia’s Legal Advisory Committee for the Pathways to Law School Program. Tim has an unending commitment to victims of crime and is committed to continuous improvement, through his office's development of numerous crime units.

For General and Associate Members all reservations must be paid in advance. No refunds will be issued within three days of the meeting.
